• Usage: "Redeemable only for goods and services at The Lost Acre. Purchases are subject to the same terms and conditions as other sales." 
• Transferability: "This certificate is non-transferable." 
• Part redemption: "Change will not be given on purchases made with this certificate." 

Your personal information including your address and phone number will not be shared or sold from The Lost Acre / A Little Extra Joy.   You can rest assured that your information is safe when you purchase from our store.  

Seller will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.  Upon receipt and confirmation of condition, the seller shall refund your purchase amount.

Items are shipped from California and calculated by USPS.   All items are insured.  If in the event an item is received broken, buyer shall immediately take several pictures of the item inside the box  and outside of the box once removed. Secondly, Notify the seller of the unfortunate event and forward pictures.  Seller will assist, but ultimately the buyer is responsible for providing the claim to the post office. I am so sorry the Post Office had a mishap with delivering the package safely to you. I am sure it wasn't intentional, but things happen.    I will be happy to provide a copy of the shipping document showing that the item was insured. 

To qualify for wholesale services, each company shall provide a current California resale license.
