The Keeper of the farm "Tink"

A Tall Tribute To A Small Friend

A Living Tribute to Tinker Bell

Rising ten feet above our garden beds, the great eucalyptus stump is being transformed into a whimsical sanctuary known as Tinker’s Tree. Created in honor of our very first farm cat, Tinker, this towering landmark serves as a bridge between the natural world and the imagination. The base is landscaped with lush greenery and seasonal blooms, creating a soft, inviting space that mirrors the gentle spirit of the cat who started it all. It isn’t just a memorial; it’s a focal point of wonder on the farm where children and the young-at-heart can stop to look for "signs" of fairy life tucked into the weathered stump.

What makes Tinker’s Tree truly special is that it is a work in progress. Much like the farm itself, the tree is constantly evolving; we are always adding new tiny doors, winding ladders, and hidden windows as the "fairy village" expands. Each season brings new details to discover, ensuring that no two visits to the tree are ever exactly the same. We invite you to walk the perimeter and see what’s new this month. It is our way of keeping Tinker’s adventurous spirit alive—building a world that grows more magical with every passing year
